Failed withdrawals are returned to your account balance within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email notification explaining the reason — most commonly an invalid destination address, a failed sanctions check, or a network error. No fees are charged for failed transactions. Withdrawals are sent exclusively to the wallet address you registered during KYC onboarding. This address cannot be changed mid-contract for security reasons.
